Held from 29–31 October 2025 at the Park Plaza Victoria Hotel, the meeting brought together members from across the world for an unforgettable mix of networking, social events, and productive business discussions, all in the heart of one of the world’s most exciting cities.
Located just a short walk from Westminster, Buckingham Palace, and the West End, the venue provided the ideal base for delegates to experience the best of London while reconnecting and building new partnerships.
The event began with a vibrant Welcome Games & Dinner Night, designed to break the ice and set the tone for the days ahead. Delegates were greeted with a glass of prosecco and entered a lively games arena featuring Roulette, Blackjack, and Wheel of Fortune tables, each hosted by professional croupiers.
Guests enjoyed friendly competition at two Shuffleboard tables, took home personalised caricatures from talented artists, and struck poses at the Magic Mirror photo booth with its red carpet backdrop. The evening concluded with a three-course plated dinner and an open bar, creating the perfect balance of relaxation and excitement after a day of arrivals. See photos.
Over the following two days, delegates took part in more than 25 x 1-2-1 meetings, reconnecting with established partners and meeting new members face-to-face.

Thursday evening’s highlight was a spectacular dinner at the Underglobe, located beneath the world-famous Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre on the River Thames.
Delegates enjoyed a scenic coach ride through the city before arriving at the stunning venue for an evening of fine dining. Shakespearean Actors provided an entertaining "Lovers Tiff" performance in between courses and to top the night a Saxophonist and DJ provided the music for plenty of dancing - a truly unforgettable experience in a remarkable setting. The final night offered a relaxed end to the busy week at the St George’s Tavern, just a short walk from the hotel.
