In 2018, Rachel was elected a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and holds an ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management, focused on innovation and change.
Rachel’s portfolio consists of Universal Freight Organisation (est. 2000), Freightbook (est.2009), Project Cargo Network (est. 2010), Cargo Connections (est. 2014) and now DigiFreight Global Network.
Rachel says “2020 has been an incredibly challenging year, but we have worked closely with our global partners in our networks by supporting them with eZines, including ‘Managing Flexible Work Arrangements‘, ‘Working from Home‘ and ‘Holding Virtual 121 Meetings‘. We provide heavily subsidised online professional training with companies in over 50 countries signed up including Kuehne & Nagel. We host regular online meetings with Special Guests and launched the industry’s first Virtual Meeting Week where over 300 companies took part in pre-arranged virtual meetings with fantastic feedback.”
